Dr. Max C. Haws was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California.  He graduated from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco in 1991 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

In 1959, the family dentistry practice of Dr. Max C. Haws was first established by his father Dr. Karl N. Haws, Jr.  Dr. Max C. Haws continues providing excellent dental care as owner.  Although Dr. Haws practices general dentistry, he has extended his training to practice limited endodontics and microsurgery procedures including placing implants. He makes a concerted effort to be current on dental innovations taking lectures of leading specialists. Another unique aspect of his practice is that a third of his patients include children unsurprisingly, since his kind nature is well noticed. All of our patients enjoy his conservative approach to dentistry.

Dr. Haws and his wife, Kelli, have four children.  They enjoy spending time with the family including dirt biking and cheering on his favorite Boise State football team.  At home, he runs a Haas avocado orchard and serves as an active leader in his community. Some of Dr. Haws’ philanthropic interests include supporting local charities.
